Faro vibes and rooftop chillin' 🌆
Location is right in the thick of things, and the rooftop spot is perfect for sundowners. Room was lekker clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly chommies who helped me out when I needed a late check-in. Definitely good value for what you pay!
Just a bit noisy at night from the bar scene nearby, but if you're keen on the nightlife, it’s not that bad.

fantastic location, close to everything. the staff here are super friendly and helpful. the terrace is really nice to chill on with views over the city. even tho it's not aircon, it felt alright in late fall. very clean bathrooms, definitely a plus!
the room was kinda hot with no aircon and the noise from other guests made it hard to sleep at times.

The room had a hot shower available that worked well, which was a relief after a long day. Nice to note that the windows offered a decent view even if they came with a bit of privacy concern from passersby.
The lack of air-conditioning made the room way too hot for comfort. The bathroom was outdated and appeared dirty. the so-called sofa-beds weren't actually sofa-beds, leaving two kids to sleep on the floor with just two additional mattresses for comfort. Noise from nearby bars caused disturbance, particularly for those needing an early night.

Oh man, those hot waffles nearby were a game changer! Plus, the staff were super flexible, allowing us to check out early. The rooftop terrace was a cozy nook for card games.
I booked for 1 night and absolutely could not get any sleep as a wild party went on all night, and no one at the reception to control it. Despite this hiccup, you can't deny the vibe of the place!

While the common areas are decent, the individual rooms had serious downsides. No natural light in my room forced me to use artificial lights constantly, and the peeling paint and dusty furniture added to the neglected feel. The noise from the hallway was intrusive, thanks to a broken glass panel above the door. Shared bathrooms lacked basic supplies like toilet paper and occasionally faced hot water shortages. the discomfort of the hot and stuffy rooms was compounded by the unreliable amenities, such as the non-functional kitchen equipment and uncomfortable mattresses.

great service but noisy at night
The staff was helpful! I requested a room change for comfort and it was quickly accommodated. The terrace is beautiful, perfect for sunset views, and the kitchen is well-equipped. I enjoyed the vibrant communal atmosphere—a great spot for solo travelers or friends. Plus, the location is excellent for exploring nearby restaurants and historical sites.
The noise from other guests made it challenging to sleep at times.

A very central location, making it easy to explore nearby bars and restaurants. The accommodation was basic, yet offered great value for money with a clean, comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in shared bathrooms. Liked having a terrace and shared kitchen, which added to the communal feel. there were some inconveniences such as inconsistent Wi-Fi, noise from the nearby street, and limited shared bathroom availability during peak times.

The location is fantastic for exploring the vibrant heart of Faro! The terrace is a lovely spot to unwind, and the staff are super friendly, helping create a welcoming atmosphere.
A bit more attention could be given to soundproofing in the rooms as noise sometimes disturbs sleep.
